The app may ask users to enter or select pet type preference, home type, yard or exercise-space access, energy preference, temperament preference, pet size preference, grooming or care comfort, allergy concerns, and approximate location such as ZIP code or city.

This information is used to show pet recommendations and local search results inside the app.

Information We Do Not Sell

We do not sell personal information.

Location

PetMatch Local may use a ZIP code or city entered by the user to show nearby shelter, rescue, breeder, and map options. If GPS location is added in the future, this policy will be updated before release.

Third-Party Links

The app may link to shelter or rescue websites, breeder websites, Google Maps, and ASPCA pages. When users open a third-party website, that website has its own privacy policy.

Children

PetMatch Local is intended for general audiences and families researching pet ownership. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
